Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom, Switzerland & Norway: 5–10 business days
- United States, Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 7–21 business days
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Order tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Customs & duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
